Blood Donors

It has been wonderful all the people who have offered blood for Tyler. We took the list in today. The nurses said they normally see 1-4 people on the direct donor list for people. The form only has 8 slots. We gave them 95 people offering their A neg and O neg blood! We has another 20 emails offering their blood when we returned home. The hospital said they have never seen so much support. We told them we come from a wonderful community. The support has been amazing to us.

Thank you very much! Kathy will be sending out an email to everyone about where and when to donate. We are starting a list to turn in next month of those who contacted us after Wednesday evening.

We thank you again. Also please remember, regardless of your blood type, there are people that need it. Please donate.

Dear Kyle,

I know it must be a great comfort to be receiving so much support. I am so thankful. I know in my heart how difficult this is for you and Kathy. Tyler is not the only one showing great strength and bravely. We love you and pray daily for strength and healing.

Love,
Debbie

My DEAR TYLER,
Sorry that you had a bit of a tough day yesterday and hopefully you enjoy today and the rest of your weekend with all your family and friends,of whom there are SO,SO many!
Icheck on your blog a couple times a day and all the news seems to be getting better--keep up your positive attitude and soon this will all be a memory that makes you appreciate what family, friends, all the doctors and nurses and prayers did to help you beat this temporary glitch in your very young life and make it stronger in every way.

Love to all,Grandma Smith

Hello Tyler.

You do not know me, but you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers and remain in the hearts of many. I help out as a teacher's aide at St. Brigid in the Religious Education classes. I just want you to know that there are students and teachers at St. Brigid who are keeping you and your family in their prayers each week.

May you find comfort in knowing that so many folks care deeply for you and your family. We pray that you and your family continue to be blessed with the courage and strength during this difficult time.

Sincerely,
Lisa Cerrato
(mother of a 10th, 7th, and 3rd grader in the Dublin City Schools)

I wish that I could donate blood. We check in on Tyler all the time.
I am following Kylee's blog and Colyn Mcdaniel's.
This is totally unrelated to this post but I wanted to make it publicand could lift the spirits of all.(Debbie Garver's idea) We solved the dog issue. We got an unregistereed chocolate lab a few months ago(sweetest dog ever) and the mom just had puppies again. I am not sure of the genders but these poor puppies cannot spend the winter in the cold, freezing, artic, snowy, blizzard-like, Ohio weather. Please call us to secure your selection Kathy. Tyler so needs another doggy. We offered this to Debbie but she just will not go for it.
Praise God for all the progress. Praying for continued strength, courage, endurance, comfort, and peace.
Love you guys.
